Our Self-storage journey began in regional Victoria, where, over time, we owned, operated, and optimised self-storage facilities. During this time, we gained valuable industry knowledge and developed operational systems that, to this day, guarantee success in our facilities. It was after years of firsthand industry knowledge that Lock & Lead Self Storage Management was born.

Managing Director
As the founder and Managing Director of Lock & Lead Self Storage, Trent leads the business with a clear focus on customer experience, innovation, and growth. With over 8 years in the self storage industry, Trent brings hands-on expertise and a passion for delivering a service that fills the gap for many facility owners.
He’s involved in everything from site selection to strategy, making sure operations run smoothly and customers stay happy.
Bianca Lewis
Operations Manager
Bianca has 8 years of management experience within a customer service role. She understands the value of implementing a strong customer service framework to daily storage operations. She thinks that every phone call can either make or break a sale, and that doing a little extra for the customer can really make a difference.
Bianca brings structure, efficiency, and a calm, can-do attitude to every challenge.
